Yes , me and my friends are 1st,2nd and 3rd degree black belts. One of them is even with me right now , she askes your premission to use your music , what do you say ?
I give privet lessons at the tournaments and was wondering if you wanted one ? I am 14 . ( as of today ) :P lol .
Also : who makes the bags for weapons that you sell on yur website ?
Reply: Thanks for asking. I don't mind if she uses my old music, as long as its not from 2008 or 2009 and as long as its not at a NASKA tournament. As for the lessons, I am all set with my training, but Thanks. Our weapons cases are custom made-Sammy

hey , It was great meeting you at the last tourney, it was really fun. 3 of my friends love you and there using some of your old music for the next tournament that is very close. Just wondering how you prepare your self the day before you leave for a tournament ? packing ? friends ? family ? - Maya
Reply: Thanks Maya. Just a short note. If your friends are "Black Belts" whether it is me or someone else, if someeone wants to use a competitors old music, they should ask the competitor for approval. Sometimes we like to "save" old music to give to our students or to use in the future, so the right thing to do is to ask the competitor if it is alright to use their old music...
As for my preparation, Packing is easy, Wednesday night. Thursday I usually go to school if I can and leave for the airport right after school. We get in late afternoon or early evening and have dinner with friends and then some stretching. Friday morning its breakfast, stretching and walk through my forms. Lunch and rest in the afternoon, stretch again and off to competition. Nothing fancy. Nice seeing you-- Sammy

Hi my name is Tayvie I am 7 years old almost 8. I am a green belt right now. I love competing in martial arts tournaments I am going to the AKA American open in San Diego and I hope I will get to meet you! I was at the compete nationals this year in california and I got a seccond place so I am working really hard so maybe I can get a first place. I really like watching your videos on youtube and I hope I can be as good as you someday!
Reply: Thanks so much Tayvie for visiting my website. When I was 7 years old I went to The "Charlie Lee Nationals." Charlie Lee noticed that even though I was a "green belt" I was practicing real hard. He asked me to do my extreme form on stage at teh night time show. I was so excited (and nervous). You can see that performance on my "videos" page, its the first one. So I was your age and worked hard. So hopefully that will inspire you.. Work hard and always try your best because you never know who is watching. See you in San Diego.
